Seymour O'Reilly is a fictional comic book character featured in titles published by Marvel Comics. He is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe and has made several appearances of a non-vital nature in issues of Amazing Spider-Man, Volume 1. He first appeared in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962.

Seymour O'Reilly was a student at Midtown High School back in the days when Peter Parker attended class there. He was friends with Flash Thompson and usually accompanied Flash where his clique and he tended to go. Years later, he attended Midtown High's high school reunion where he was killed by Angelo Fortunato - aka, Venom. [1]
