Serena Frederick is a fictional witch and a minor character featured on the WB Network television series Charmed. Played by actress Lonnie Partridge, she first appeared in the original unaired pilot episode of the show. Her scenes were re-edited for the first actual episode, "Something Wicca This Way Comes". Serena Frederick was a practicing witch and the owner of a cat familiar, who came to be known as Kit. She was murdered in her apartment by serial killer warlock Jeremy Burns.
