In the Star Wars multimedia franchise, Padmé Amidala was the Senator for Naboo, as was her second, Jar Jar Binks. Prior to becoming Supreme Chancellor, Palpatine, also served as senator from Naboo. Leia Organa served as senator to the planet Alderaan.
