The Screaming Vultures is a fictional motorcycle gang featured in the "Punks on Wheels" episode of the 1982 cartoon series The Incredible Hulk. The leader of the group was a man named Claw. The group were outfitted with hi-tech enhancements courtesy of The Leader. They raided a motorcycle stunt show and kidnapped Rick Jones as part of the Leader's plot to draw out the Hulk.
