"She-Hulk Murders Lady Lawyer!"[]
Three prisoners who were ready to turn state's evidence against Nick Trask are arguing amongst themselves in prison. They are worried that Trask will come after them now that their lawyer has seemingly perished. A pair of strong green arms bursts through the prison walls and murders two of the men, leaving one behind to describe the issue to the cops.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Walters is at the Zuma Beach beach house owned by Danny Ridge's parents. She is having an intense nightmare about the circumstances that first made her become the She-Hulk. She awakens with a start, and Danny tries to console her. Suddenly, assistant district attorney Buck Bukowski arrives and show Jen a copy of the Los Angeles Tribune with the headline "She-Hulk Murders 3 Mobsters". The She-Hulk is clearly being framed. Growing more frustrated, Jen makes a hasty retreat from the house before turning into the She-Hulk.
Elsewhere, Sheriff Morris Walters, unaware that his daughter is still alive, fumes over the notion that the She-Hulk murdered Jennifer Walters. He tells his staff to notify all departments to stop the She-Hulk at all costs. "This is War!", he shouts.
Nick Trask has his men take out other underlings who might turn against him. Others members of Trask's gang turn up dead - apparent victims of the She-Hulk.
Jen makes her way back to the beach house, but she can feel the change coming on again. She tries to swallow a bunch of pills to prevent the transformation, but Zapper finds her on the floor of the bathroom. He learns that Jennifer Walters is the She-Hulk.
While Jen tries to rest, the true murderer makes its presence known. It is a green robot designed to resemble the She-Hulk. It breaks through the wall of the beach house, and Zapper tries to defend himself. Jen transforms into She-Hulk and rips the robot's arm off. It punches her through the window, and their fight carries on down to the beach. She-Hulk manages to tear the head off the robot. She concludes that Trask is behind the robot as well as her frame-up and angrily shouts to the air, "Trask! I want you -- and I'll get you!"
