The Naboo Royal Security Forces are a fictional organization featured in the Star Wars multimedia franchise. They appeared in the 1999 prequel film Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. The Naboo Royal Security Forces were based out of the capital city of Theed on the Outer Rim planet of Naboo. They were comprised of human members of the Naboo people. In the years leading up to the Blockade of Naboo, the Naboo Royal Security Forces were led by Captain Quarsh Panaka.
