The Rogues Gallery is the name of a fictional team of super-villains featured in comic books published by DC Comics. They are classically presented as foes of Barry Allen, aka, The Flash, and later as enemies of Barry's successors, Wally West and Bart Allen. They first appeared in The Flash, Volume 1 #130 in August, 1962 in a story called "Who Doomed the Flash?".
