Roak is a fictional crime cartel member and a minor antagonist featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He appeared in Marvel Team-Up #65 in January, 1978.
Biography[]
Roak was a member of an organization known as The Commission. The Commission was a criminal cartel based out of the United Kingdom. They were the English branch in the hierarchy of the global organized crime organization known as the Maggia.
Commission members Moran and Roak were trying to suss out the identity of Captain Britain, who had been causing a number of problems for their illegal operations in England. Suspecting that Brian Braddock might be Captain Britain, they learned that he had traveled to the United States as a foreign exchange student. Moran and Roak hired the assassination broker known as Arcade to eliminate Braddock. [1]
