Rita Farr is a fictional comic book superhero featured in titles published by DC Comics. Known by the code name of Elasti-Girl, and later, Elasti-Woman, she is one of the founding members of the 1960s misfit team known as the Doom Patrol. She first appeared in My Greatest Adventure #80 in June, 1963. Elasti-Girl also made an appearance on the Teen Titans animated television series where she was voiced by Tara Strong. Another version of the character appeared in "The Last Patrol!" episode of Batman: The Brave and the Bold in 2010 where she was voiced by Olivia d'Abo.

- Size alteration: Elasti-Girl could increase her overall size, density and mass to giant proportions. She could localize the power to specific body parts. In contrast, she could also miniaturize herself to near microscopic size.

- Rita Farr is not to be confused with Helen Parr, who is a female superhero from the Incredibles film series. In addition to having a similar sounding surname, Helen Parr also operates under the code name of Elasti-Girl.
