- This issue is reprinted in the Remains trade paperback collection, which was first printed in December, 2004. It was re-released in September, 2014.
- The character of Flo, seen on the cover to this issue, is a pastiche of Florence "Flo" Jean Castleberry, who was one of the main characters on the 1976 sitcom series Alice on CBS. She was played by actress Polly Holliday on the series, and was known for intoning the phrase "Kiss my grits".
