Reginald Fortean is a fictional military officer and a supporting character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Hulk line of comic titles and first appeared in Hulk, Volume 2 #30.1 in May, 2011.
Biography[]
Reginald Fortean was an African American man and a member of the United States Air Force. With a distinguished service record, he rose through the ranks to become a three-star General. Reginald Fortean was the military liasion between the USAF and the United States Army for a government-funded human augmentation program known as the Echelon Project.
