Ramone was an Italian American man who worked at Deer Hills Pizza in Miles County, New York. His employer was the pizzeria's manager, Steve. Ramone was working late on the evening of October 31st, 2017 and prepared some pizza slices for two late night partiers named Tara Heyes and Dawn Emerson. Steve served the girls their pizza, but also had an unfriendly encounter with a non-paying customer dressed as a clown. This individual, known as Art the Clown, used the pizzeria's restroom, and made a mess of things by smearing fecal matter and urine all over the walls. Steve forcibly ejected Art from the restaurant then yelled to Ramone to get a mop and some bleach.
