Rama-Tut's Time-Ship is a fictional vehicle featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. It is associated with the Fantastic Four line of titles and first appeared in Fantastic Four #19 in October, 1963.

Rama-Tut's ship is a time machine that was developed in the 25th century. He used it to travel back to the modern era, where he disguised it as the Sphinx.

- Attractor-ray: The Attractor-ray was a device housed within Rama-Tut's time-ship. It could project an electromagnetic beam, similar to a tractor beam, that could lock in on specific targets and brings them aboard the ship. Rama-Tut used the attractor-ray when he spied Victor von Doom floating through space.
