Rafael "Rafe" Scarfe is a fictional police detective and a supporting character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Power Man and Iron Fist line of titles and first appeared in Marvel Premiere #23 in August, 1975. A version of the character also appeared in Marvel's Luke Cage streaming series on Netflix, where he was played by actor Frank Whaley.
