Rabbits are cute fuzzy little critters with long ears, sharp front teeth and cotton tails. To make them sound even cuter, we often refer to them as "bunnies". Don't be fooled however. Some rabbits can actually appear to be downright creepy. They eat their young too, which is just gross.

In the 1965 Japanese kaiju film Frankenstein Conquers the World, a mutated teenage version of the Frankenstein monster broke into a school house in Hiroshima and dismembered a rabbit that had been kept in one of the classrooms. It did not appear as if the creature actually consumed any parts of the animal. Perhaps he found it distasteful. The following morning, a group of school children discovered the bloody remains of the animal and began screaming for their teacher. [1]
In the 2002 film Eight Legged Freaks, a truck driver for the Vironanol Corporation was driving through Prosperity, Arizona. He swerved to avoid hitting a rabbit and a canister of toxic waste fell off the truck and landed in a nearby lake, where it resulted in the mutation of spiders into giant arachnids. [2]

The sorceress Clea, while trying to lighten the spirits of her paramour, Stephen Strange, did a variation of the classic pulling a rabbit out of the hat. Something went awry with the spell however and the animal grew to immense size, leaped out of the window of Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum and began bounding down the streets of Greenwich Village. While riding his Harley through Ottawa, the recently injured mutant hero Wolverine lost control of his cycle trying to avoid a fox and a rabbit. The fox managed to avoid injury, but the rabbit was killed. The following day, Lady Deathstrike found the remains of the rabbit and knew that she was on the right trail towards finding Wolverine. [4]
