Qward is a fictional location featured in comic books published by DC Comics. It first appeared in Green Lantern, Vol. 2 #2 in October, 1960.
Description[]
Qward is a planet that exists at the exact center of the Antimatter Universe. It is a direct counterpart to Oa, which exists in the matter universe. Qward is inhabited by a race of slender, pale-skinned humanoids with large, ovular, lidless eyes. These Qwardians serve as laborers with the scientific branch of their group referred to as Weaponers, while members of the military are referred to as Thunderers. Over the years, the Qwardians have fallen under the command of the Anti-Monitor, as well as the matter universe super-villain known as Sinestro.
