Quatermass and the Pit is a British science fiction feature film. It is the third film in the Quatermass series and was directed by Roy Ward Baker. The script was written by Nigel Kneale, based on a story treatment by Kneale. It was produced by Hammer Film Productions and premiered in the United Kingdom on November 9th, 1967.
