The book was written by David de Vries with artwork & inks by Glenn Lumsden. De Vries also provided the coloring & co-inking for this issue and it was lettered by Glenn Lumsden. Editing assists were conducted by Mickie Villa and Dan Danko. This issue shipped with a January, 1991 cover date and carries a cover price of $2.50 per copy (US).
