"The Light Above" is the tenth episode of season three of the supernatural drama series Preacher and the thirty-third episode of the series overall. It was written and directed by series creator Sam Catlin. It first aired on AMC on Sunday, August 26th 2018 at 10:00 pm.
In this episode, Tulip O'Hare and Eugene Root escape from the Hell bus, but now have to fight alongside the Saint of Killers and the Angel of Death against a group of Neo-Nazis. Having returned to Angelville, Jesse - once again empowered by Genesis - plans to put an end to his grandmother's enterprise once and for all, which leads to a full-on, drag-out knuckle-duster with Jody. Cassidy meanwhile, escapes confinement and has one final showdown with Eccarius. The remaining members of The Grail make their move.
