Power manipulation is a super-power. It reflects an individual's ability to manipulate the superhuman abilities of others. Activation of this power is usually through touch, but may also be activated based upon proximity. Those who possess this ability may be able to enhance, absorb, nullify or even alter another person's powers. Usually only one target may be affected at a time, but this may change depending upon the individual.
