The Power Sceptre was a green three-pronged device approximately a foot and a half long. Professor T.O. Morrow acquired it during a time when he had crowned himself king of a distant planet. Later, he used it to draw power from his super-computer from his lab in the Rocky Mountains. Amongst its various uses, it can generate spatial portals. Morrow once used this application to teleport the Red Tornado and himself away from the scene of battle after a fight with Aquaman.
