Plo Koon is a fictional alien featured in the Star Wars multimedia franchise. He is associated with the "Clone Wars" era of Star Wars continuity, and was introduced in the 1999 prequel film Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace where he was played by actor Alan Ruscoe. He made a cameo appearance in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones where he was portrayed by Matt Sloan. Sloan reprised the role for a brief appearance in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. Plo Koon took on a larger role in the Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated cartoon series on Cartoon Network where he was voiced by actor James Arnold Taylor.
