Phineas Potter is a fictional scientist featured in comic books published by DC Comics. He is part of the Silver Age Earth-One continuity and first appeared in Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #22 in August, 1957.
Biography[]
Professor Phineas Potter was an inventor who lived in the town of Smallville. He was the uncle of Lana Lang. Phineas invented the Elasti-Formula that Jimmy Olsen used on occasion to become Elastic Lad.
