Biography[]
Phil Rosen was an adult Caucasian male and a member of the National Security Agency assigned to Project Wideawake. He was part of a case that involved efforts to sanction the mutant known as Rogue. While driving through heavy traffic, Phil was assaulted by a member of alien parasitic race known as the Dire Wraiths. The Wraith used its mandible proboscis to drill into Phil's head and assume his memories and the ability to duplicate his form. Once the processes was completed, Phil's body dissolved into goo.
The Rosen/Wraith traveled to Caldecott County, Mississippi, where it met up with Valerie Cooper. It attacked Valerie until Rogue entered the house and fought against the wraith. [2]
