Philip "Phil" Blankenship is a fictional military officer and one of the main characters on the 1970s superhero action series Wonder Woman. He was played by actor John Randolph in the pilot movie, "The New Original Wonder Woman", and by Richard Eastham in season one of the series. The character ceased to make appearances following season one as the show time-jumped from the 1940s to the then-modern era of the late 1970s.
