Biography[]
Petrocelli was a police officer in National City. He held deep anti-alien sentiments and became a member of the Children of Liberty. A man named Manchester Black was seeking his lover, Fiona Byrne, who had been abducted by the Children of Liberty. Knowing that Petrocelli was tied to them, he approached the man in a bar and got him drunk so that he could get information from him. [1]
