Biography[]
Doctor Peter Silberman was a psychiatrist who worked at the Pescadero State Hospital in Los Angeles, California. In 1984, the Los Angeles Police Department captured a man named Kyle Reese and brought in Doctor Silberman to assess his mental state. After listening to Reese's tale of being from the future where he was a soldier fighting in a war against killer robots, Silberman determined that "He's a loon".
Ten years later, Silberman was in charge of administering care to Reese's lover at the time, Sarah Connor, who had come to learn the truth about the future and continued Reese's fight. When one of these futuristic Terminator robots came back in time to kill Connor's son, John Connor, Sarah escaped from captivity. She took Silberman hostage and used him to officiate her escape from Pescadero.
Years later, Doctor Silberman discovered the truth about the War with the Machines, and this revelation ultimately drove him mad.
