Peter Petruski is a fictional comic book super-villain who goes by the code-name The Trapster. He is featured in titles published by Marvel Comics and is part of the mainstream Marvel Universe. The Trapster first appeared as a foe of the Human Torch in Strange Tales #104 in January 1963 in a story titled "The Human Torch Meets Paste-Pot Pete!". Yeah, he actually went by the name of Paste-Pot Pete for a while. Not one of his more stellar name choices. He later became a recurring foe of the Fantastic Four and a founding member of the super-villain team, the Frightful Four, which were introduced in Fantastic Four #36 in March 1965.
