Peter O'Fallon is a television director, producer and writer. He was the creator and executive producer of the 2000-2002 sci-fi/fantasy series Mysterious Ways. Peter also directed two episodes of the 2002 relaunch of The Twilight Zone. In 2006, he directed the pilot episode of the Syfy series Eureka.
