Peter Duryea is an American actor born in Los Angeles, California on July 14th, 1939. His first professional work was in an episode of The Donna Reed Show. He then wen on to play a part in The Defenders, which starred future Star Trek icon William Shatner. In 1964, Peter appeared in the "Expanding Human" episode of The Outer Limits. He eventually played the role of Lieutenant José Tyler in the unaired pilot episode of Star Trek entitled "The Cage".
