Virginia "Pepper" Potts is a fictional company executive and part-time superhero featured in the Iron Man multimedia franchise based on the comic book series developed by Marvel Comics. The character was created by Stan Lee and artist Don Heck and was introduced in "The Icy Fingers of Jack Frost" story from Tales of Suspense #45. In the Iron Man feature film series and The Avengers, she is played by actress Gwyneth Paltrow.

- The 1994 Iron Man animated series is the only Iron Man-related media project to date that Pepper Potts has not made an appearance in.

- Voice actress Peg Dixon provided the voice for Pepper Potts in the 1966 Iron Man animated series, which was part of the "Marvel Super-Heroes" family of programs.
- Actress Elisa Gabrielli provided the voice for Pepper Potts in the 2007 The Invincible Iron Man direct-to-video animated film. Gabrielli is also known for playing the voice of Doctor Ashley Kafka on The Spectacular Spider-Man.
- Actress Cindy Robinson provided the voice for Pepper Potts in the 2010 Iron Man animated series. She also provided the voice of Ravonna Lexus Renslayer in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
- Pepper has made a few appearances on the animated series Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes. On this series, the voice of Pepper Potts is provided by Dawn Olivieri.
- Actress Anna Cummer provided the voice of Pepper on the children's series Iron Man: Armored Adventures. This is also the first time that Pepper has been protrayed in the Rescue armor.
- Film actress Gwyneth Paltrow played the first live-action version of Pepper Potts in the 2008 Iron Man feature film. She reprised the role for the film's sequel, Iron Man 2 in 2010. She then made a small appearance in Joss Whedon's The Avengers in 2012 before returning to the parent series with Iron Man 3 in 2013.
