Pamela Milton is a fictional politician featured in The Walking Dead multimedia franchise. She originally appeared in The Walking Dead comic book series by Image Comics and Skybound Entertainment and was introduced in The Walking Dead #176 in February, 2018, which is the second chapter in the "New World Order" storyline. The character also appeared on The Walking Dead television series on AMC where she was played by actress Laila Robins. She was introduced in the tenth episode of season eleven titled "New Haunts".
