Description[]
"Pale people", for lack of a better term, are a breed of mutant with characteristic similar to that of a vampires. These so-called pseudo-vampires were once normal human beings, who became addicted to a drug developed by The Chemist, designed to stimulate the aspects of the brain that govern creation. A side effect of this stimulation is that it depletes many of the body's natural nutrients that are carried in the blood, thus creating an intense craving for blood. Another side effect of the drug, administered as a black pill, is that only seems to yield positive results in truly creative people. Those who are lacking these proficiencies, will de-evolve into a monstrous form that includes hairless bodies and spastic body twitches.
