"Vanishing Act" is the ninth episode of season one of the 1960s sci-fi anthology series Out of This World. It was directed by Don Leaver and written by Richard Waring. It first aired on ABC on August 18th, 1962.
Synopsis[]
Edgar Brocklebank a third rate conjurer, becomes a sensation after buying the vanishing trick box from the estate of the 'Great Vorg' a once famous magician. However what Edgar cant explain is exactly where his assistants or objects are going once they have entered the box- as they don't return. [1]
