Otto was a wealthy elderly man from Latveria. Years ago purchased a so-called magical salve from a young Romani named Victor von Doom for the purpose of curing his headache. However, instead it caused all of his hair to fall out. At least his headache went away. (Fantastic Four Annual 2)
Tomb of Dracula[]
Otto was an elderly man from Transylvania. Possibly ex-military given his wardrobe, he worked as an innkeeper of Ye Olde Boot Inn in Transylvania in his later years. He rented a room out to Jack Russell and Topaz. Otto was present when a surly guest named Scratcher Martin made unsolicited passes at Topaz. (Tomb of Dracula 18)
