Odisha is an Indian state located in Eastern India. It is the eighth largest state by area, and the eleventh largest by population. The state has the third largest population of Scheduled Tribes in India. It neighbors the states of West Bengal and Jharkhand to the north, Chhattisgarh to the west, Andhra Pradesh to the south, and a very negligible border with Telangana to the southwest. Odisha has a coastline of 485 kilometers (301 mi) along the Bay of Bengal. The modern boundaries of Odisha were demarcated by the British Indian government when Orissa Province was established on April 1st, 1936, consisting of the Odia-speaking districts of Bihar and Orissa Province.

- Jajpur
- Jajpur is a town located in the state of Odisha in the country of India. It is the headquarters of the Jajpur district and is the site of the Biraja Temple. Jajpur played a small role in Marvel Comics titles involving the character of Dracula. It was here that a horde of vampires attacked Taj Nital, delivering a severe throat injury that rendered him mute. His wife, Jyota Nital, was crippled by an overturned vehicle, and their son Adri Nital was turned into a vampire. Taj left Jajpur to become a vampire hunter, but returned five years later to reconcile with his wife. It was at this time, that Adri's unlife ended once and for all at the hands of an angry mob.
