- Grand Forks is the third-largest city in the U.S. state of North Dakota (after Fargo and Bismarck) and the county seat of Grand Forks County. Grand Forks is the birth place of actress Kam Heskin.
- Devil's Lake
- Devil's Lake was a small town nestled in the center of the U.S. state of North Dakota. In the 1930s, it was the home of farmer Anton Nybörg as well as the Carpenter family, which included fellow farmer Paul Carpenter, his wife Lindy and daughter Beverly. In the year 1934, Paul Carpenter was possessed by the spirit of Sioux necromancer known as the Devil's Heart. He killed his wife Lindy and also killed Anton Nybörg.
