"Princess of Earth!" is the first story featured in issue #10 of the Nightmare illustrated magazine series published by Skywald Publications. It was written by Al Hewetson with illustrations by Pablo Marcos. This is followed by "The Funeral Barge" by Hewetson and artist Xirinius. Next is "Satan's Cellar" illustrated by Manel Ferrer followed by "The Proverbial Killer" by writer Doug Moench and artist Vilanova. After that is "A Macabre Fact of Life: Demonic Possession by Hewetson & Marcos followed by "The Nightmare World of Trisha Hamlin of Livingston, Kentucky: They Crawled Out of the Crater" by Hewetson and Rubén Lara Romero. "Black Communion" is written by Ed Fedory and illustrated by Felipe de la Rosa. The final story is "The Human Gargoyles (Part 2): 1 and 1 Equals 3" by Hewetson and Maelo Cintron. This issue shipped in December, 1972 and carries a cover price of .60 cents per copy.
A space vessel lies nestled within a cave beneath the earth. Attached to a computer, it serves as a hatchery, producing dozens of alien eggs, most of which crash to the floor upon emergence. One egg hatches, birthing a hairy demonic creature. The creature ages quickly then begins stalking off towards civilization. It is drawn by the singing voice of a woman named Lisa, Princess of Earth. The scantily-clad Lisa is performing a show in a nightclub. The demon-creature tracks her down, terrorizes the assembled patrons, then accosts Lisa. Lisa is in fact the queen-mother of this alien race who, through amnesia, has abandoned her position. The creature drags Lisa back to the hatchery so she can resume her responsibilities.
