The story was written by Fabian Nicieza with artwork by Mark Bagley and inks by Al Williamson. Bagley & Williamson also rendered the cover art illustration to this issue. It was colored by Andy Yanchus and lettered by Michael Heisler. The story was edited by Danny Fingeroth. This issue shipped with an August, 1990 cover date and carries a cover price of $1.00 per copy (US).
