Neelix is a fictional extraterrestrial character featured in the Star Trek television franchise. Played by actor Ethan Phillips, he was one of the recurring cast members on the UPN television series Star Trek: Voyager. He was introduced in the series' pilot, "Caretaker", and appeared in all 170 episodes of the programs in total. The character has also been featured in numerous novels, comic books and video games relating to the Star Trek franchise.

- The character of Neelix was created by Rick Berman, Brannon Braga and Jeri Taylor based on concepts originally developed by Gene Roddenberry.
- Neelix is not the first character that actor Ethan Phillips has portrayed on Star Trek. He also played the Ferengi physician Farek on the "Ménage à Troi" episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
