Necrophilia is the practice of having sex with a corpse. It's sick. It's twisted. It's totally bat-shit crazy, but hey... it actually happens from time to time. Throwing in the metaphysical components to it, one could say that having sex with a vampire (who is technically undead) may also constitute necrophilia. Yes, Twilight fans, Bella Swan is committing an act of gross necrophilia every time she let Edward Cullen slip it to her.
In most locales, the act of necrophilia is generally considered unlawful. The punishment for such a deed varies based on location. In the United States it can range from a Class A misdemeanor to a Class D felony. Either way, no matter how you slice it, buggering a corpse is just low-class.
