NOS4A2 is an American television series of the supernatural thriller genre. It is based on the novel of the same name by author Joe Hill. It was developed for television by Jami O'Brien and produced by O'Brien Construction, Inc. and The Tornante Company. It aired on AMC for two seasons from June 2nd, 2019 to August 23rd, 2020, spanning a total of twenty episodes. The show stars Zachary Quinto in the role of the main antagonist Charlie Manx, who is a vampiric creature who seduces children and brings them to his private sanctuary dubbed "Christmasland". The show's protagonist is Victoria McQueen, who is played by Ashleigh Cummings, who has the ability to track Charlie Manx. After one particular boy disappears, Victoria taps into these abilities so she can rescue Manx's victims. Also starring in the series is Ólafur Darri Ólafsson as Bing Partridge, Jahkara J Smith as Maggie Leigh, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Chris McQueen, Virginia Kull as Linda McQueen, Jonathan Langdon as Lou Carmody, Ashley Romans as Tabitha Hutter, and Mattea Conforti as Millie Manx.

Notes & Trivia[]
- NOS4A2 aired on AMC on Sunday evenings at 10:00 pm. A total of twenty episodes of the series were produced over the course of two seasons with orders of ten episodes per season.
- The title of this series is a re-spelling of Nosferatu, which is a Romanian word meaning vampire. It was used as the title of a 1922 German expressionist silent film, Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens, by director F.W. Murnau.
- Franchise creator Joe Hill is the son of famed horror novelist Stephen King. Joe Hill is also known as the creator of the Locke & Key line of comic book titles, which were later adapted as a television series on Netflix.
- Actors Jonathan Langdon, Ashley Romans, and Mattea Conforti were guest stars in season one of the show, but became regular cast members for season two.
- AMC is also known for producing original programming such as The Walking Dead and Preacher.
- On August 31st, 2020, series showrunner Jami O'Brien announced on Twitter that AMC had decided to discontinue production of NOS4A2 following its second season. [1]
