Ms. Rice is a fictional government agent and a minor character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. She is part of the Ultimate Marvel line of continuity and first appeared in Ultimate X-Men #4 in May, 2001.
Biography[]
Ms. Rice was a government official who worked in Washington, D.C. in the White House. When the X-Men provided the safe return of the President's daughter, the White House staff telephoned him to thank him for his efforts. Ms. Rice spoke with Charles Xavier and told him that in light of recent events, the President would be halting anti-mutant legislation and initiatives, which pleased Xavier immensely.
