- The character of Carol Danvers was created by writer Roy Thomas and artists Gene Colan and Paul Reinman. She first appeared in the "Where Stalks the Sentry" story from Marvel Super-Heroes #13 from March, 1968, which features the character of Mar-Vell.
- Hellfire, Hydron, Magnum and Zephyr of the Elementals all appeared last in Supernatural Thrillers #15.
- Miles Oldann appeared last in Supernatural Thrillers #15. He is also referred to as Paul Oldann in this issue.
- This is the first, and to date, the only known appearance of Esmeralda, who is a maid that works at the hotel that Carol Danvers is staying at.
