Mrs. Zane is a fictional character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics under their Icon imprint. She first appeared in Kick-Ass #1 in April, 2008. In the 2010 Kick-Ass feature film, the character was played by Deborah Twiss.

Mrs. Zane, first name unknown, was a high school biology teacher in New York City, New York. One of her students, Dave Lizewski, found her attractive and would fantasize about her during class.
