Mrs. Slattery is a fictional character featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She is tangentially tied to the Iron Man film series. She made a single appearance in the 2014 film short Marvel One-Shot: All Hail the King. The character appeared in a photograph only and the actress who portrayed her in the photo is unknown.

Biography[]

Mrs. Slattery, given name unknown, hailed from Liverpool, England, and was the mother of Trevor Slattery. On October 12th, 1964, she took her son to the Royal Court Theatre to see his first stage production. A photograph of Mrs. Slattery with your young son was taken outside the theater. This experience inspired little Trevor to pursue a career in acting. Trevor's first stage work was playing Botswain #1 in a production of William Shakespeare's The Tempest. He told his mother however that he got the lead role.

Mrs. Slattery passed way in 1986 from unknown causes. Trevor was not there when she died because he was in the United States filming a television pilot for CBS called Caged Heat.

In 2014, Trevor Slattery was incarcerated at Seagate Prison for being the public stand-in for an international terrorist dubbed the Mandarin. A man named Jackson Norriss - an assassin for the Ten Rings posing as a documentarian visited Trevor in prison and showed him the photograph of his mother and he from 1964. Trevor told Jackson that his mother was "everything" to him. [1]
