Mrs. Cassidy, also identified as Judy's mother, is a fictional woman and a minor character featured in the Night of the Demons film series. He appeared in the original Night of the Demons movie where she was played by actress Karen Ericson.
Biography[]
Mrs. Cassidy lived in Mathisville in the 1980s. She had a daughter named Judy and a younger son named Billy. On Halloween night in 1988, Mrs. Cassidy was cooking her famous fudge logs, which son Billy described as looking like little poodle turds. A boy named Jay Jansen came to the house to pick up Judy for a date. Mrs. Cassidy offered Jay some fudge logs, but he politely turned them down, citing that they would ruin his diet.
