Morgan Stark is a fictional businessman and a recurring character featured in comic books published by Marvel Comics. He is associated with the Iron Man line of titles and first appeared in Tales of Suspense #68 in August, 1965.
Biography[]
Morgan Stark was the cousin of Tony Stark. Morgan was in debt to the Maggia, who were going to have him executed by their enforcer, Whiplash. Morgan bargained for his life, by saying that he could deliver them Iron Man. Morgan found Iron Man, who had been incapacitated from an earlier battle and brought him to the Maggia's casino boat. Iron Man's armor was fully charged by this point, and he was able to escape. [1]
