Morgan was a youth who lived in the 30th century. He appeared to go to some form of boarding school and was the leader of a gang of bullies. One of his favorite targets was a boy named Nathaniel Richards, whom he mocked for carrying around a stimuloid "doll". Morgan and his friends chased Nathaniel around atop anti-gravity discs. A version of Nathaniel from the far future named Kang arrived and interrupted Morgan's efforts to torment his younger self. Addressing Nathaniel, he offered him the means and technology to avenge himself and encouraged him to murder his foe. Nathaniel refused however, and used time travel technology to get away from Kang. Mrs. Morgan was an elderly woman who lived in New Raccoon City in South Africa. She was the principal of Raccoon High School. Mrs. Morgan called Jade Wesker, Billie Wesker and Tammy Isaacs into her office, as well as their fathers, to discuss a fighting incident at school. (Resident Evil: Welcome to New Raccoon City)
