Notes & Trivia[]
- Dracula was created by Irish author Bram Stoker. He is the titular antagonist of Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula, which was inspired by an actual Wallachian nobleman known as Vlad II, aka Vlad the Impaler.
- Frankenstein, and all related characters, are based on concepts developed by English author Mary Shelley's as presented in her 1818 novel Frankenstein; or, the Modern Prometheus. The Frankenstein story has since been adapted and expanded upon in numerous films, novels, comic books and television projects.
- Luke Talbot is apparently descended from Larry Talbot, the titular werewolf character from the 1941 film The Wolf Man. The original character was created by director George Waggner and writer Curt Siodmak.
